Ingredients
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup Brazil nuts
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup parsley, basil and mint
  • 2/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
  • Juice for 1/2 lemon
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Soak the seeds and nuts overnight for optimal digestion. Then add nuts, seeds, fresh herbs and oil to a high speed blender and blend. Add lemon juice and sea salt to taste. Blend until it is a paste – store in a mason jar in the fridge . Lasts 3-4 days.
