Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup Brazil nuts
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup parsley, basil and mint
- 2/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
- Juice for 1/2 lemon
- Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak the seeds and nuts overnight for optimal digestion. Then add nuts, seeds, fresh herbs and oil to a high speed blender and blend. Add lemon juice and sea salt to taste. Blend until it is a paste – store in a mason jar in the fridge . Lasts 3-4 days.
