  • 1 ½ cups nut milk
  • ½teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon aloe vera from Purium- great for the intestinal lining
  • 1 scoop LOVE from <a href=”http://www.rawdoreenergy.com”> Purium</a> or your favorite protein powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • Stevia to sweeten
